From 1st April 2015 the Practice is required under the terms of the latest GP contract to allocate all patients a named accountable GP which we have done.
For convenience your named accountable GP will be the named usual GP shown on your medical records.
It is important that you are aware that this is purely an administrative exercise and does not change the way in which we operate or affect your ability to make an appointment or speak with any of the GPs in the Practice.
If you wish to be told the name of your accountable usual GP please ask the receptionist when you are next in surgery.
