NEW PATIENT REGISTRATION
The Doctors welcome new patients who live within our practice area. Please check with reception to see if your address falls within our catchment area. There is no regulatory requirement to prove identity, address, immigration status or provide an NHS number in order to register.
During Covid- 19 Pandemic
A scanned application or picture of a signed application emailed to the Practice is acceptable to complete the registration during the Covid-19 pandemic
Or if doing the application online a supporting signed letter posted or emailed to the Practice is acceptable to complete the registration during Covid-19 pandemic.
Your registration status with us will depend on whether you are a visitor, staying temporarily in the area or a permanent resident.
As it often takes sometime for records to be forwarded from your former practice all newly registered patients will be asked to complete a health questionnaire .

Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00 (except Wednesday when we close at 17:00).
Please note: morning surgery is generally rather a busy period.
It may therefore be easier to visit in the afternoon when we are usually quieter.
