What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical care including health checks, wound care, immunisations, and more
- Support patients with chronic condition reviews (diabetes, COPD, Child & Adult Asthma)
- Work collaboratively with GPs and healthcare team to ensure excellent patient outcomes
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Nurse with relevant experience in primary care
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills and patient-centered focus
- Current NMC registration and relevant immunisations up to date
