  • One to one assessment
  • Access to therapeutic activities
  • Access to employment support
  • Access to social activities
  • severe mental illness (SMI project) - support with accessing annual physical health checks - may include liaising with the GP Surgery to make an appointment and attending the appointment with you if you require additional support

Hillingdon Talking Therapies

NHS service providing a range of talking therapies to people over 18 years of age, registered with a Hillingdon GP. 

Talking therapies can help if your're feeling worried, low or stressed or struggling in your relationships. 

If you or someone you know is struggling and needs someone to talk to, reach out to the service by giving a call, sending an email or using the online self-referral form.

Service is available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm
